Datak Kamil Othman, the OEC chairman, expressed strong support for the government's broader digitalisation agenda, particularly welcoming Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's announcement of complimentary three-month access to artificial intelligence applications for 100,000 young Malaysians aged 18 to 30 who successfully complete designated modules on the Rakyat Digital platform. This government measure forms part of a coordinated approach to democratise access to emerging technologies across the nation's youth demographic, complementing the vocational training programme being launched by OEC and the TVET Council.

The training curriculum encompasses a wide spectrum of professional competencies essential to modern content production.
