Court of Appeal cuts damages award to Lim Guan Eng in defamation case against Muhyiddin
The Court of Appeal has reduced general damages awarded to DAP adviser Lim Guan Eng from RM1.05 million to RM450,000 in a defamation suit against former premier Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin over statements regarding tax exemption revocation.
