Resintech Subsidiary Secures RM41 Million Islamic Financing for Selangor Hostel and Retail Project
Resintech Bhd's subsidiary Johan Panglima (M) Sdn Bhd has obtained RM41 million in Commodity Murabahah financing from Alliance Islamic Bank Bhd to acquire land and partially fund a mixed-use development in Kuala Langat, Selangor comprising 158 hostel units and retail spaces.
