Family of Phnom Penh hit-and-run victim withdraws civil claim after S$60,000 settlement
The family of a Phnom Penh traffic fatality has accepted S$60,000 in civil compensation and withdrawn its complaint, though criminal proceedings against the accused driver will proceed independently.
