Pertama Digital Hit with PN17 Classification Following Equity Deterioration
Bursa Malaysia has classified Pertama Digital as a PN17 company after its audited financial statements revealed shareholders' equity fell below RM40 million and dropped to 25% or less of share capital in the year ended December 31, 2025.
