Five arrested in scratch-and-win scheme targeting vulnerable elderly victims
Police have arrested five individuals suspected of operating a scratch-and-win lottery scam that victimized elderly women in Ipoh and Taiping, resulting in losses exceeding RM77,000 in cash and jewellery.
