Over 93,000 First-time Homebuyers Have Accessed Government Housing Scheme
Malaysia's Housing Credit Guarantee Scheme (SJKP) has helped 93,555 first-time homebuyers secure financing, with RM18 billion remaining available. The government aims to reach 100,000 beneficiaries by year-end.
