Japanese Musician Arrested After Seven Years of Disruptive Guitar Playing
A 61-year-old Japanese musician in Kyoto has been arrested on assault charges after subjecting four elderly neighbours to seven years of incessant loud guitar playing and radio noise, causing sleep deprivation, depression, and tinnitus.
