Vietnam expands diamond smuggling crackdown with charges against four jewellery operatives
Vietnamese police have charged four people including three jewellery shop owners in an expanding probe into diamond smuggling allegedly orchestrated from Hong Kong by Indian nationals operating in Vietnam.
