MISC Confirms Preliminary Talks on Yinson Privatisation Bid at RM2.35 Per Share
MISC and Yinson's controlling shareholder YLSB have confirmed early-stage negotiations to privatise the FPSO operator at an indicative RM2.35 per share, subject to regulatory approval and due diligence.
