DR Congo Ebola Outbreak Surpasses 3,000 Cases as Vaccine Trials Begin
The Democratic Republic of Congo has confirmed more than 3,000 Ebola cases, including 1,354 deaths. Prime Minister Judith Suminwa Tuluka says a vaccine could be available within two to four months as Oxford researchers begin human trials.
