Filipino Basketball Coach and 10 Others Charged Over Players' Drowning Deaths
Philippine authorities have recommended charges against the former head coach of Ateneo de Manila University's men's basketball team and ten others for violating anti-hazing laws following the deaths of two players who drowned during a gruelling training session in Aurora province last June.
