Penang allocates RM2 million to boost Bumiputera student performance through MPDCA initiative
The Penang State Islamic Religious Council has pledged RM2 million towards the Mutiara Didik Cemerlang Akademik programme this year, supporting over 7,400 Bumiputera students through tuition, workshops and learning modules.
