China Activates Highest Typhoon Alert as Noul Approaches Guangdong Coast
China has declared its maximum typhoon alert as Typhoon Noul barrels toward Guangdong Province. The system, located roughly 100 kilometres offshore, carries winds equivalent to Force 14 and is expected to intensify before making landfall.
