Sabah Stands Firm on Immigration Powers Against Federal Border Agency Act
Sabah's government has reasserted its constitutional right to maintain independent immigration powers, insisting that implementation of the Malaysia Border Control and Protection Agency Act 2024 must not undermine the state's autonomy guaranteed under the Malaysia Agreement 1963.
