Malaysia and Russia to Finalise 2027 Joint Action Plan by Year-end
Malaysia and Russia have committed to completing their 2027 Joint Action Plan by December to deepen structured cooperation. The agreement emerged from the Fifth Malaysia-Russia Joint Commission meeting in Vladivostok, covering education, trade, technology and strategic sectors.
