MM2H Agents Must Follow Local Laws When Operating Overseas, Tiong Warns
Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing has cautioned MM2H Programme agents that Malaysian licensing does not exempt them from complying with foreign regulatory frameworks when recruiting participants and promoting the scheme overseas.
