Former Police Chief's Bid to Challenge Hannah Defamation Case Rejected by Apex Court
Malaysia's highest court has rejected a bid by former Inspector-General of Police Musa Hassan to appeal a defamation lawsuit brought by a critic. The court found that nine constitutional questions about public officers' legal rights did not meet the threshold for review.
