Singapore Man Charged with Murder of Neighbour in Lengkok Bahru Incident
A 59-year-old man has been charged with murdering his neighbour at a public housing block near Singapore's Redhill Road. The victim, also 59, was found motionless at a lift lobby and later died at hospital.
