Four primary school boys create neighbourhood patrol unit in Singapore, now marching in National Day Parade
Four primary school students in Singapore's Lengkok Bahru estate have formed a neighbourhood patrol unit responding to community concerns. Their vigilance led to the discovery of a deceased resident and earned them an invitation to perform at the National Day Parade.
