Police bust Vietnam cat-theft syndicate, reunite 40 stolen pets with owners
Vietnamese police have arrested nine suspects and rescued more than 400 cats from an organised theft ring operating across southern Vietnam. At least 40 stolen felines have been returned to their owners.
