Russian arrested at Phuket Airport with 17.6kg of cannabis in luggage
Customs authorities at Phuket International Airport have arrested a 30-year-old Russian man attempting to smuggle 17.6 kilogrammes of cannabis out of Thailand concealed within two suitcases.
