Russia and US Agree to Maintain Diplomatic Channels Through International Forums
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio have committed to sustaining diplomatic communications through international organisations, following talks in Manila that also covered space agency cooperation.
