Seoul battered by severe downpour; 10 national parks shut as hundreds of homes flood
Heavy overnight rainfall across Seoul and eastern Gangwon province has damaged over 500 homes and properties, forced closure of 10 national parks, and prompted evacuation of nearly 100 residents as weather warnings continue.
