Singapore High Court allows 1MDB lawsuit against Standard Chartered to advance to trial
A Singapore High Court has cleared the way for a US$2.7 billion lawsuit against Standard Chartered Bank to proceed to trial, rejecting the bank's attempt to have the case dismissed. The liquidators allege the bank facilitated the 1MDB fraud.
