Zhejiang escalates typhoon alert as Dolphin barrels toward eastern China
Zhejiang Province has escalated its typhoon response to Level III as Typhoon Dolphin, the 13th of 2026, moves toward China's eastern coast. Landfall is forecast between Shanghai and Fujian on Sunday or Monday.
